This week we celebrate the 30th anniversary of one of the greatest musical innovations of our time-the portable/personal music player, the Walkman.There's an entire generation of kids who have never handled a cassette tape, who don't know the joy of trying to tune in to a static-y tv frequency on their sporty yellow Sony (the one with the hand-grip). This BBC item offers a teen who's never flipped a cassette the chance to ditch his tiny iPod for a monster of metal (were they REALLY that big?) and see what he thinks. Truly funny.
