TastingTable brings us news of a new site called Veggie Trader which allows all of us backyard gardeners (oh wait. I don't have a backyard garden. hm. ) to share in one another's bounty. Register for a free account (they had 3,000 registrations last week!) and let people know what you've got. For those of us with not much more than a few sprigs of basil, there is also the option of buying and/or creating a 'wish list' for those generous in spirit to spread the wealth. I'm picturing a first annual Veggie Trader picnic, featuring the world's best ever salad.
