Apartment Therapy re-posted a NYTimes article from last summer on their site today. I remember reading it then and thinking about how cool it would be to take to the sidewalk or the Nethermead in Prospect Park with a full-on dinner party. Evidently, it's legal to do so, with a few restrictions. Where's the wackiest place to have a dinner party in New York?
