WHAT is that smell?
The spectacle of the 'Corpse Flower' or the Amorphophallus titanum is about to begin at The Huntington Art Collection and Botanical Gardens in San Marino, CA. This rare and smelly flower can grow up to 6 feet in height-- there have only been 50 documented flowerings in the United States. This Huntington bloom is an offspring of the 1999 bud, and it's set to burst open any moment now. Too bad we don't have scratch-n-sniff pics on the web, huh?
